What We Do

• PackageCop is a web-based, small-parcel auditing tool that creates guaranteed savings with no cost up front. PackageCop automatically collects ebill and tracking data from your carriers and checks for billing errors. If you do not save quantifiable dollars on your shipping costs, there is no cost to you.

• FreightCop is our method of receiving and auditing every freight invoice to make certain that it has been properly billed. We check every original Bill of Lading against the carrier's freight invoice, to make sure that the carrier has entered all of the information from the bill of lading into their billing system correctly. Each domestic freight bill goes through a rigorous, manual 15-point check to start. Following the manual audit, then it enters our computer system, and additional errors are looked for, such as:
  • Did this Bill of Lading already get billed on another invoice?
  • Were the correct discounts applied?
  • Was the correct Fuel Surcharge applied?
  • If any accessorial charges were applied, were they consistent with your agreement with the carrier?
  • Was correct party billed for this shipment?
